The HM, launched in September 2012 by Mr. Laurent Nouvion, promised to finalize two new construction projects to deliver some 200 housing units by 2018. The UM, established in March 2011 by Speaker Jean-François Robillon, promised greater employment of young Monegasque people and a law on the disabled.
