Mandate ESTABLISHMENT: A specialized committee will be established in the next parliament elected in 2009. <p>MANDATE: The committee is charged, among other things, to supervise compliance with relevant national and international standards, prepare legislative proposals, examine policies and budgets and provide advice to the government.
