About PARLINE: Specialized parliamentary bodies search tips
Similarly to the Advanced Search interface, there are two main features in the Specialized parliamentary bodies search facility: Search Criteria and Display Options. They can be used separately or in combination. |
| Search Criteria: Limits search results to parliamentary bodies that match the criteria you specify. |
| Display Options: Displays selected data fields in search results. By default, only the country and the parliamentary body's name are displayed. |
It is often useful to combine the two features by using both the Search Criteria and Display Options boxes. |
In the example below, the results will display the last renewal date, the names of the Presiding Officer and of the Secretary of all standing multifunctional parliamentary bodies which were created in African parliaments after 2002 and which deal with the status of women and gender issues.
